In case anyone is curious (or looking for an excuse 😉), Hadestown: The Musical is coming to movie theaters for 5 nights only next week!

Talk about incredible timing after announcing our 2027 Spring Musical today! 😏

If you aren’t familiar with the show, this is the original Broadway production, which is still running on Broadway today. Our production will be Hadestown: Teen Edition—a version specially adapted for student performers while preserving the heart, music, and storytelling that have made the show a modern Broadway classic. The teen edition is the only version available to the public to perform.

Whether you’re thinking about auditioning or planning to be in the audience next spring, this is the perfect introduction to Hadestown. The music is absolutely unforgettable, and we have a feeling you’ll leave even more excited to see what our students create on stage next year! 🌹

Directed by the incredibly talented Mandy Casebolt this hilarious, heartwarming, and award-winning musical follows six wonderfully quirky middle school spelling champions as they compete for the county title.
