Homecoming & Alumni Weekend is almost here! 🏈

Don't forget to add the Alumni Board Tailgate to your plans for Saturday, October 3.

From 9:00-11:00 AM, join fellow alumni and Alumni Board members at the Robert W. Plaster Athletic Complex parking lot to connect, catch up, and celebrate the Mount Mercy community before kickoff.

Then stay for Mustang Football as the Mustangs take on William Penn at 11:00 AM.

Way Back to '76

The 1975-76 academic year was one for the record books at Mount Mercy. With 906 students enrolled, it was the largest student body in the college's history at the time.

Students could choose from 23 majors, with nursing, business administration, criminal justice, sociology, and elementary education among the most popular programs.

September 24 is the 199th anniversary of when the House of Mercy was opening in Dublin, Ireland and September 29, 1778 was the day Catherine McAuley was born.

Join us for Celebration on the Hill during Homecoming & Alumni Weekend on Friday, October 2 from 5:00–7:30 PM at the Hennessey Recreation Center.

Enjoy an evening featuring cocktails, appetizers, and music from the MMU Jazz Band from 5:00–6:00 PM, followed by a program at 6:00 PM honoring our 2026 Alumni Award recipients and Athletic Hall of Fame inductees.
