September has been a little wild around here—in the very best way.

First stop: 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘀

For months, our team worked alongside the University of Memphis to bring the campaign launch of Memphis Is Forever to life—one with a big vision for a university that means so much to its city.

And when we say feel, we mean it.

Storytelling. Live music. Student voices. Big reveals. Immersive environments. A whole lot of Tiger spirit. And the unmistakable energy of Memphis woven through it all.

Getting there took months of interviewing, filming, writing, editing, designing, planning, producing, rehearsing—and collaborating with some pretty incredible people. Then the ARCC team landed in Memphis and did what we love most: took all those pieces and turned them into one shared moment.

Here’s a little peek behind the curtain at what that looked like before the doors opened and the lights came up.

And this is only the backstage pass.

We’ll be sharing more from the night itself soon—when months of ideas, conversations, creativity, and collaboration finally met an audience.

Because this one deserves an encore.

This week, our team was divided. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

From Tennessee to Arizona, we were on the road helping our clients uncover meaningful stories and bring bold campaign visions to life.

Morgan, Ann, and Josh spent the week at the University of Memphis capturing stories of impact that will help inspire supporters to invest in the future of the university. Meanwhile, Seth, Ron, and Nick were with our friends at the The University of Arizona collaborating on a campaign celebration designed to honor generosity, vision, and the lasting impact of the Wildcat community.

Of course, no work trip is complete without a little local inspiration. Both teams carved out time to experience the local culture and enjoy some incredible regional cuisine.

Different campuses. Different goals. One shared purpose.

Whether we're capturing authentic stories on camera or designing experiences that bring a vision to life, we're honored to help our partners create defining moments that inspire people to believe in what's possible.

At The ARC Collaborative, we love partnering with our clients to capture the moments, voices, and stories that define an organization and help shape its next chapter. That's why we're especially excited to celebrate this defining chapter in America's story as our nation marks its 250th anniversary.

In observance of Independence Day, our office will be closed on Monday, July 6, as our team continues celebrating the Fourth of July holiday with family and friends.

The ARCC video crew hit the road this week, heading north to spend time with our friends at the University of St. Thomas as we began capturing the stories behind their upcoming campaign launch.

Throughout the week, Morgan and Ann teamed up with our trusted video partners, Josh and John, to film interviews, capture campus life, and document the authentic moments that bring a campaign to life. Every conversation, every location, and every frame is helping shape a story that will unfold in a powerful way when the campaign officially launches.

There's something special about watching a story come together one interview, one campus walk, and one meaningful moment at a time.

Or even the very cool ARCC swag we gave out.

It was the people.

The energy during day two of the CASE Special Events Conference in Chicago was undeniable, both in the sessions and in the conversations happening throughout the event.

As the sun set over Lake Michigan, Seth shares a response from the ARCC Files inspired by a question we asked attendees who stopped by the ARCC table in the exhibit hall:

"What have you done to make a guest feel truly seen at your events?"

The answers were powerful reminders that authentic experiences are built through thoughtful engagement, meaningful recognition, and a genuine understanding of what matters most to each guest.
