We are excited to celebrate our 5th grade students tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3rd during our 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony!

We are incredibly proud of our 5th graders and look forward to celebrating this special milestone with them as they prepare for the transition to middle school.

What a fantastic Field Day at Wright! ☀️💙 Our students enjoyed a day full of sunshine, laughter, and fun as they rotated through exciting activities including water stations, tug-of-war, inflatable slides, and more. The smiles were endless, and the freeze pops were the perfect way to cool off after all the excitement! A huge thank you to our staff, volunteers, and everyone who helped make the day such a success. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the end of an amazing school year and create lasting memories together.

Reminder: All library books are due tomorrow, May 28. Please help your student check backpacks, bedrooms, and around the house for any library books that still need to be returned. Thank you for your help getting our books back to the library before the end of the school year! 💙

Fifth-grade PACT students from across the district gathered to celebrate their hard work and achievements in math! Students were recognized for their success in this year’s district-wide math contest and teamed up with peers from across the district for an exciting “Math Jam” challenge focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and fun! 💙 We are so proud of our Kitty Hawks who participated yesterday and represented Wright so well!

Tomorrow is Performance Day at Wright! 🎶🎤
Our students have been working hard preparing for their music programs, and we can’t wait to share their performances with you!
⏰ Performance Schedule:
• 4th Grade — 11:00 AM (Doors open at 10:50)
• Kindergarten & 1st Grade — 1:00 PM (Doors open at 12:50)
• 5th Grade — 2:15 PM (Doors open at 2:05)
• 2nd & 3rd Grades — 3:00 PM (Doors open at 2:50)
Students are encouraged to “dress their best,” but any school-appropriate outfit is perfectly fine. Please keep in mind performances will take place in the gym, which may be warm depending on the weather. Following each performance, students will return with their class for a celebration together! 🚗 Families attending the 3:00 PM performance: We recommend avoiding parking in the Wright parking lot, as dismissal will begin shortly after the performance and we will need the lot available for student pick-up. Each performance will last approximately 20–25 minutes. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow and celebrating our talented students! 🎵
