One student from each neighborhood was selected to share a Reflection of the Year. π§‘
These reflections highlighted favorite memories, lessons learned, growth throughout the year, and what made Prairie Creek special to them.π
Students proudly read their reflections aloud during our Last Day Assembly, helping us celebrate an incredible year together! π

Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest impact. π§‘
When a favorite sweatshirt showed up on clearance, it felt like the perfect opportunity to spread a little joy. One sweatshirt turned into matching sweatshirts, and before long, a student and staff photo was born!
The smiles say it all. Moments of connection, belonging, and happiness are what make Prairie Creek such a special place to be. π

N61 earned their 20th day of 95% attendance or better and celebrated with Minute to Win It games! From Jump the Line to Cup Knockdown and Tic-Tac-Toe, there was plenty of laughter and friendly competition.

Today, our Discovery program hosted a wonderful end-of-year celebration and awards ceremony! Every single student was recognized for their incredible hard work, taking home awards for both their academic achievements and SEBH (Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Health) growth.
We were so grateful to have other staff members drop by to show their support. A major highlight was listening to our students share their "Bright Future" projects, where they wrote about the amazing things they see in their own futures (check out those awesome glasses! π).

π» Outgoing 6th Grade Families: As students take their Chromebooks home for the summer, we want to remind everyone that these devices are educational tools provided to support learning. Students are encouraged to use approved programs such as IXL, MyPath, and digital reading resources to keep their skills sharp throughout the break.
Please remember that district monitoring remains active over the summer, and Chromebooks should not be used for gaming, social media, YouTube, or other non-academic activities. Thank you for partnering with us to help students start 7th grade ready to learn and succeed! πβ¨
We encourage you to review expectations with your child to ensure "green light" expectations are clear before the summer, you can find them at the following link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lyTBELVs44cMOxqnt5RZpSUyxeveS74DyPNhAVoha2c/edit?usp=sharing
