"The Thailand May Term is special in that students travel a long, long way to learn about...themselves. In a small town on the border of Thailand and Myanmar, where there's nothing at all for tourists, we make friends with Burmese migrant youth at some inspiring nonprofit schools. The people we meet are so kind and generous. Ultimately, students return to Coe with more empathy, deeper humility, and new friendships with some of the most beautiful people anywhere." - John Chaimov, Associate Professor of German & Director of Off-Campus Study
