PTO Meeting with our Elections is this Thursday! Even if you don't want to run for an office, we need voters - so if you've been to meetings in the past, this is one we would love to have you at to help shape our PTO going forward into next year π See you there!
H@M PTO Elections are almost here! Join us at the May 14th PTO Meeting for nominations and voting.
Hereβs how it works:
β’ Anyone can be nominated for any position
β’ Paid school staff are not eligible
β’ Nominations and voting happen the same evening
β’ Elected board members begin their 2026β2027 term August 2026
We especially need to fill a Co-Treasurer and Secretary position, as Melanie and Tarah will not be seeking re-election. All board positions are open though, so if youβve ever considered getting involved, nowβs the time to throw your name in the hat!
Weβd love to see some new faces step up and help make next year amazing for our students and staff. We hope to see you there!

As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to an end, we just wanted to take a moment to sayβ¦ thank you. β€οΈ
This week was about so much more than showering our teachers with food, treats, and little surprises. It was about trying to show our teachers and staff even a small piece of the appreciation, love, and gratitude they deserve every single day.
Teachers do so much more than what happens inside the classroom walls. They are safe places, encouragers, listeners, problem-solvers, cheerleaders, role models, and sometimes the steady presence a child needs most. They pour so much of themselves into our students day after day, often in ways no one else ever sees.
We truly hope every staff member at Harrison @ Madison felt just how valued and appreciated they are this week.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make this week happen β our PTO Board, PTO Members, families, students, volunteers, local businesses, and everyone who donated time, money, supplies, food, encouragement, or simply showed up to help. None of this comes together without a village of people working behind the scenes.
There were early mornings, late nights, planning sessions, countless messages, pickups, deliveries, decorating, organizing, and so much heart poured into every detail. Seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter, and watching our staff feel celebrated made every bit of it worth it.
To our teachers and staff:
Thank you for loving our kids the way you do.
Thank you for showing up on the hard days.
Thank you for caring beyond academics.
Thank you for helping shape who our kids are becoming.
We see you. We appreciate you. And we are endlessly grateful for everything you do for our Mustang family. π
