What: An 8-Week Self Defense Course that covers decision making as well as basic grappling and striking techniques.

When: 8 Saturdays 9am-10am from June 6th - August 1st with no class on July 4th. Students are also encouraged to stay after each class for our Women’s Only BJJ class 10am-11am at no extra charge!

Why: Develop confidence, awareness, assertiveness and practical knowledge on self defense!
