When students can see what's possible, they're better prepared for what's next.

Thanks to the support of QTS Data Centers, students are gaining opportunities to explore careers, connect with professionals, and discover pathways they may never have considered before.

Through their investment in programs like JA Career Inspire, students engage in hands-on experiences that help them better understand the skills, careers, and opportunities that exist in today's workforce.

Together, we're helping young people build confidence, expand their horizons, and take meaningful steps toward their futures.

Because when students are prepared for what's next, entire communities thrive.

Junior Achievement is more than an educational resource, it’s a strategic partner for schools and communities.

By connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences, students are empowered to explore opportunities and envision their path forward.

The Vision Started in 1965. The Impact Continues Today.

In 1965, a group of community leaders brought Junior Achievement to Eastern Iowa with a simple but powerful belief: every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed.

More than 60 years later, that belief continues to change lives.

Today, students are exploring careers, building essential skills, connecting with mentors, and gaining the confidence to pursue their goals through hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for what's next.

The 1965 Campaign honors the vision that started it all while helping ensure future generations of students have access to the opportunities, experiences, and support they need to thrive.

Because when we invest in students today, we're investing in a stronger tomorrow.
