GDPR Checklist for Charities

We've all been receiving emails from organizations informing us about updated policies and asking to let them know our preferences.

GDPR is an important change that all non-profits need to be aware of and respond to.

Here are the 5-steps to compliance that you need to know.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) goes into effect May 25, 2018. Although this a European Union (EU) regulation, it affects all organizations that collect personal data of EU citizens.

We recommend that all nonprofit organizations follow the regulation’s guidelines for data and privacy protection and verify that they have the necessary policies and procedures in place to comply.
