At Giving Tree Theater, we believe the arts should be accessible to everyone.

That's why we're proud to partner with Eastern Iowa Arts Academy, an organization dedicated to providing arts education opportunities for children and families throughout our community. Through music, visual arts, theater, and more, they help young people and adults, too, discover their creativity, build confidence, and find their voice.

As part of our commitment to giving back, $1 from every ticket sold at Giving Tree Theater supports our nonprofit partners, including Eastern Iowa Arts Academy. When you attend a show, you're not only supporting local entertainment—you're helping make arts education possible for the next generation.

Join us on June 13th from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM for a vibrant outdoor market featuring talented local artists, makers, and small businesses. Browse unique handmade artwork, find one-of-a-kind gifts, and connect with the creative people who make our community special.

Visit us in the back lot of our new home at the old Arthur Elementary School 2630 B Ave NE and spend the day exploring original art, supporting local creators, and enjoying a welcoming community atmosphere.

FREE EVENT!!!! Join the us on Sunday June 7th for a FREE event from 2:00pm - 4:00pm for enjoy a playlist of our Rock Academy music, art, and fun at the Friends of Shakespeare Garden! Eastern Iowa Arts Academy has partnered with the Friends of Shakespeare Garden to put on this fun outdoor event, with music playing from the EIAA Rock Academy Bands, and art activities for all to enjoy!

Join us for Hooked on Denim, a beginner-friendly workshop where you’ll learn crochet basics, create granny squares and fun appliqués, and hand sew them onto your own pair of denim shorts! No experience needed — just bring a pair of shorts and get ready to create something totally unique for summer.
