As men sometimes we have to reintroduce ourselves to people we love.
The old you that reacted a specific way no longer exists. But people will still old you to that old character.

Remember to reintroduce yourself to them with boundaries and grace.

Stop downing your self and start crowning your self

I want to lift up my Brothers today.
The past few days have been filled with men who shared loss of a friend, co-worker, relative, etc.
As men we don't always deal with loss, process death, or express how it changes us. We just keep going.

I commend those who have taken time out to stop and cry
Stop and think, remember, relive positive moments with lost loved ones.
Give yourself some grace, and a kleenex for the tears you need to share..
