Our butterflies finally emerged last week! Such a fun experience for the kids.

We learned about woodland animals of Iowa so of course we built a beaver dam!

Yesterday we celebrated a great year together with a graduation party!

Let the summer fun begin!

2 weeks of farm, plants, and seeds! Thankful for one of the moms who came with sheep wool to show us how to clean, brush, and weave the wool! Our caterpillars are doing exactly as they should, we planted my garden, and made a gift for our mom's!

Creepy Crawlers was our focus last week! Ladybugs, bees, worms, caterpillars, ants and all the fun facts about them!

We recently did 2 weeks of Nusery Rhymes and just finished Earth Week this week!

🐄Nursery Rhymes are great for the early readers! Not only did we practice rhyming, but also beginning/middle/end of stories, who the characters are, story sequencing, and other fun topics like learning about clocks, and using a ruler. We packed a lot into 2 weeks!

🌎Earth week was fun as we picked up litter, learned about water pollution, the different recyclable materials, and ended with Amazon box craft day!

I heard a statistic awhile ago...Kids laugh 200-300x every day. I think we have beat that average during March Madness! Every day I hear, "this is the best day ever!" with big smiles! Truly warms my heart and makes it all worth it! A big thanks goes out to all the parents who help make it memorable! The best month ever FULL of memories made ❤️
