Our Summer Fun program has had many fun adventures so far this Summer. From visiting the Czech and Slovak Museum, Touring Collins Community Credit Union, and spending some time out in nature at the Fossil Gorge!

Only 2 more weeks left of more fun memories to be made before it’s back to School! 😃

Our Summer Fun are learning about the earth and how it consists of Continents and Oceans. 🌎

What a fun and delicious day at daycare! 🎉 😋

Today we had a guest speaker, Joshua Ballew, owner of Boone’s BBQ and Catering. He visited every classroom, sharing fun, important lessons about food and healthy eating habits—with reading books, interactive time, and fun songs. 📚🎶

He also talked with the kids about his BBQ business, what it means to be an entrepreneur, and he even catered food for our staff and children.

A big thank you to Camille from KCRG-TV9 for visiting our children and teaching them all about Iowa weather!

The children had so much fun making a tornado with water bottles and seeing how to create clouds using a bottle, rubbing alcohol, and an air pump. Hands-on science is always a hit, and we loved learning from a real meteorologist!

This week is Science Week for our Summer Fun Program! 🧪🧫

For Day 1: They talked about solids, liquids, and gases. They did an experiment seeing how fast they could melt an ice cube and talked about how ice, water and steam are a solids, liquids, and gases!
