Much was accomplished on day 4 of Karate Camp. Time to finish strong!

Day 3 was a success! We worked on wazas, submission wresting, and ended with kata and sparring. We also enjoyed the refreshing water at the pool. Let’s keep the momentum going for day 4!

Day 2 of camp was all about back to the basics! To be a great martial artists, it’s important to build on foundational skills. I’m looking forward to the amazing growth the rest of the week!
