We recently celebrated Ms. Sierman’s birthday at RR! We are so grateful for everything you do for us and we hope you had a great birthday! 🎉

This week FDK had the privilege to promote our two newest Cho Dans and our newest Sam Dan. Congratulations to all three of them for their dedication and perseverance to achieve this outstanding achievement.

On Saturday FDK hosted the Region 4 Spring Gup Clinic. It was a great turnout and contained excellent training sessions. Thank you to all the Black Belts who donated their time and expertise with the sessions they taught. Thank you to the tremendous effort and participation of the Gups that attended.

Congrats to our RR beginners who just received their new belts. We are very proud of your hard work!

Last month we had 3 fdk students testing at the Regional Black Belt test!! They all found out they passed right there at the test and we are so proud of each one of them. They have dedicated so much time and effort into getting their black belt and we hope that this is just the start of their journey. Thank you to everyone who came out to support the fdk family, we are so grateful for yall! 🎉🎉
