Three years ago, Olise walked into the gym with a goal and a willingness to work.
Since then, there have been thousands of reps, early mornings, tough workouts, setbacks, adjustments, and steady growth. No shortcuts. No overnight success. Just showing up consistently and putting in the work when nobody was watching.
