Dinner tonight was delicious! We found the salmon at Costco and the brussels sprouts at H‑E‑B. Super easy dinner. Added a side of mashed potatoes too.

It’s HIIT day!!! Gonna be a serious calorie burn today!

I’m excited to announce that my wife will be joining me! She is also now a certified trainer and nutrition coach! We are joining forces!!! Go TEAM RACHUIG! We have changed our Instagram and Facebook to show our new name TEAM RACHUIG. If you know us, this is the name we are always given. So proud of her! Oh and she will be a certified yoga instructor after this month!

My upper body workout is in black and Amanda’s is in pink. We did these on Friday before we left to go to our son’s basketball tournament. It was a great workout and I definitely felt it later. We will be doing these workouts again this week. I’ll be going up in weight.

Here’s a great HIIT circuit workout my wife and I did today. It takes a little more than an hour. I added upper body supersets into mine as well.
