Watching my child CREATE is the greatest joy.

It may come with tears, frustration, disappointment, dysregulation (last night was the first time in awhile that she was just “in the zone” and smoothly executed her vision without any dysregulation 🙌).

But all of those feelings, especially pride upon completion, are incredible tools.

You, as parents, are always their safe place to experience the range of emotions.

So let’s put some art tools in front of them, say LESS, and watch the magic unfold. You are their greatest teacher of communication, validation and comfort. Get messy and explore!

and were not the new foods, but my daughter wanted to practice using chopsticks this weekend. The great part is developing her pallet and trying NEW foods, which is a huge WIN for neurodivergent children!

Ummmm “take me off this list.” But it’s social media and you can follow or unfollow with your free will. So I’m confused.



It’s okay if you don’t care about this as much as me, but actively/purposely/intentionally ignoring what many of our world’s Autistic individuals experience feels wrong.
