Our Mustangs are FIRED UP about Fire Safety!

Our Kindergarten and 1st grade students had a special visit from Mr. Holsti, who taught them all about fire safety! Students learned important safety tips, got an up-close look at firefighter gear, and discovered how firefighters work to keep our community safe. Nurse Jodi even tried out the outfit to see what it feels like! 👨‍🚒

A HUGE thank you to Mr. Holsti for taking time out of his busy schedule to share his knowledge with our Mustangs! We always LOVE having him in our building and appreciate everything he does for our community!

What a SUPER day to be a Mustang!

Today, our students had the opportunity to participate in the Super U Challenge Assembly! Students were called up to take part in fun, interactive challenges that had everyone laughing, cheering, and encouraging one another.

Along the way, the assembly reinforced important lessons about respect, responsibility, teamwork, making positive choices, and supporting others. From superhero capes to some very creative challenges, our Mustangs were great sports and had a blast participating!

October’s Core Value is Citizenship! This month, our Mustangs are learning that even small actions can make a BIG difference. Being a good citizen means showing kindness, helping others, making responsible choices, taking care of our school, and finding ways to make our community a better place.

We can’t wait to see all the ways our Mustangs show citizenship and make a positive impact! 🐴💙
