Rosters for our upcoming Middle School Boys 3V3 League. Each team has at least two eighth graders and someone who can handle the ball. We have a good variety of players from 12 schools. Games will be played in a variety of 3V3, 4V4 and 5V5. Great way to learn the game. We are two weeks away! Team schedules will be out next week.

Feel stronger every day. A month ago I could barely walk and 8lbs was heavy. Despite constant infusions still, daily meds, up and down bloodwork and 2-3 hospital visits a week I’ve been pushing myself with daily garage workouts to gage my strength. I also really want to prepare myself mentally in case this terrible disease gets worse again and I’m just stubborn. I still need to avoid crowds, stay isolated and make sure my weight is staying up. The goal is for remission to be soon and stay off of meds. Far from over but I want to stay ready so I never need to get ready. Just like preparing for a game consistency is important. I’m tired, frustrated and at times sick of all these years of having this terrible disease. That doesn’t mean we stop. It’s easy to make excuses rather I move forward and look for solutions. Thank you for all the constant calls, messages and visits from players and parents. I’m forever grateful and blessed. Yes, thats a huge truck tire and battle rope in my driveway. If you trained here over the years you already know!
Check out Coach’s WOD (workout of the day). Not heavy weight and time is slow but this is the best version of myself right now. See you in the gym soon! 💚💪🏽

We are grateful for our sponsors that allow RBC to keep our overall costs low for all of our services and provide free events! Our upcoming RBC Skills Academy, which we are proud to say is our 9th free event, is made possible due to our sponsors! Look for a few of our sponsors at upcoming events. I personally know or have used their services. They each align with the values of RBC and help to continue our mission to Develop People while Developing Players.

For parents who want to see immediate results at a young age Colin is the definition of being patient and trusting the process. I first met Colin in middle school. He was taller for his age and moved like a baby giraffe. You could see his potential. The first time I talked to him about playing in college he just looked at me. You could see his abilities and he had the want to get better. Colin is the definition of being consistent, trusting the process and having a coachable attitude. Now at 6’10 and possibly still growing he has untapped potential and will just keep improving. He made me a better coach over the years and I’m grateful for that. Colin, I love you big dog. More work to do. 💚
