ROOTS just finished our first annual food drive for the Morristown Interfaith Food Pantry. Thanks to the families, staff and neighbors who donated food for the residents of our county. My guy C helped us deliver the donations. And thanks to the Interfaith Food Pantry for the awesome work you do keeping people fed!

ROOTS ABA is now a New Jersey, Dept of Ed approved clinic! We are approved to provide ABA services at our clinic location in Cedar Knolls and approved to contract with public school districts to do so. This is an important step in the growth of our program and will make it possible for us to reach more students and to fulfill our mission of helping more children who have serious disruptive behavior. We currently have five students but have space for at least three more. Our current age range is 7 to 21. We would accept students from 3-21 years old. ROOTS is getting ready to close at the end of this week for two weeks for staff and three weeks for clients. When we come back at the end of the month we'll have four days to train staff in teaching techniques, functional analysis methods, preference assessment, data analysis, treatment plan development and crisis management. This will be the first pre-service for Roots although my 17th or 18th.

We expect to be back full-time in September, 8:45 to 2:45, for in-person sessions! Even maintaining plenty of social distance, we expect to have one or two openings for new clients.

Finally got my sign installed, walls painted and new carpet was put down this week (ceiling tiles still to be replaced). On Nov 1st ROOTS is expanding and taking over the suite next door. Thanks Susan Reedel for the awesome ROOTS logo!

We currently have 1 full time student, the second is scheduled to start in a few days and a couple more are in the works. As of right now, we have openings!
