Toliver II is a Certified Instructor for the Texas Department of Public Safety and the National Rifle Association, he is certified to teach Security/Protection Officers Level II, III, IV, Fire Arm Instruction classes, and Refuse to Be a Victim Seminars and Workshops. Toliver II is a Certified TCLOSE Instructor and provides, Self Defense classes, Bully Defense Classes for kids, Church Safety Consultation and Public speaking services for seminars, events, workshops and conferences in Texas. Toliver II has 35 years of public safety experience, 16 years as a Dallas County Deputy Sheriff and 17 years in Public Safety, Private Security and Professional Investigation.
