Hey Everyone!
Joni Wix has been so kind as to let us use her front yard during the Thresherman's show for a YARD SALE! She has also agreed to make the T-shirts featuring the Adams design, as it will offer a wider appeal to the community that day. I am going to donate the money for our first run of shirts in the amount of $100 for materials and T-shirts as this is a bit of a risk and our first try.
If anyone is interested in helping with getting this organized, please inbox me right away. I want to get together and see what needs to be done to maximize our profits. Also, we need your band kid's involvement! From making signs to moving furniture the day of. We may also need to pick up some of these donated items from our friends and relatives so we may need some drivers as well as pop up tents, mist hoses... and anything else that yall want to add to this event that you also dont mind coming to pick up the next day.
If you have not already, please contact our Treasurer, Julie Welch, and get her your band fees! I believe we have increased fees to $50 this year. The sooner we get this collected, the better. You can contact me at 615-957-0313 or at [email protected] if your musician needs assistance with fees. Opportunities for them to WORK will be provided to help them raise any additional funds needed that were not earned through these summer fundraisers.

KROGER- FAMILY PACKS OF CHIPS $4.49 AFTER COUPON THROUGH TUESDAY...we literally can never have too many of these, so if you want to grab some this week...whether they get sold at the yard sale or the kids eat them, we can always use more chips!
