You could swap "AI" or "ChatGPT" out for every instance of "calculator" and it could easily appear in a defense-of-AI piece published today. In that way, it speaks to how little the ways our debates about technology change over time. -College Board elective staff.

I have yet to find an parent or teacher who won the fight of eliminating technology use with their kids. It’s better we get out of the way and teach them how to use technology in a responsible way. Don’t let them mindlessly copy down AI’s answer to a question that is cheating. It becomes reference material when they are mindful about Al’s response to their homework questions. Transfer the information in a critical way. Wonder how AI’s got the answer, compare it to their notes, or you can even ask it follow up questions.

Between now and my last post I've taken on the challenge of teaching Statistics, doing so has renewed a love for teaching. I know it's been a while, please forgive me! Between now and my last post, I've taken on the challenge of teaching a Statistics class for the first time. Doing so has opened up and new love for teaching mathematics and give God the glory.

I'm totally geeked out on this article and TRUST someone out there will too. Ohhhhh how I look forward to making Statistics fun for our children.
