Zumba in the Park returns September 1, bringing back the music, the energy, and the community spirit that makes this one of Cedar Hill's most-loved annual fitness programs.

Come dance, get active, and enjoy beautiful evenings outdoors with fellow residents. Best of all, it's completely free and open to all fitness levels.

Tonight marked the beginning of another three years of service, and I am grateful for the trust and support of the Cedar Hill community. ❤️🖤

Thank you to our students, staff, families, and community members for continuing to believe in the work we are doing together for Cedar Hill ISD. It is an honor to serve alongside leaders committed to strengthening opportunities for every student, every time, all the time.

Get moving with Zumba in the Park! 💃🌿

Join us Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. beginning April 1 through May 27 at Pioneer Park, located at 600 Cedar St.

This outdoor fitness program is open to all fitness levels, so grab your water and a mat and dance your way to a fun evening workout. No registration required—just show up and move!

Birthday behavior this Spring Break 🎉💪🏾

Today we celebrated life the best way we knew how… in the gym! From resistance bands to weights, we showed up, pushed through, and reminded ourselves that restoration is a journey—mind, body, and spirit.

This season of my life is about healing inside and out. Not rushing the process, but honoring every step. Every rep. Every drop of sweat. Every moment of choosing growth over comfort.

I’m grateful for the sisterhood, the laughter, and the strength we’re building together. Birthdays used to mean cake and candles… now they also mean commitment, restoration, and showing up for the life I’m still becoming.

Here’s to stronger bodies, healed hearts, and a future that looks brighter than ever. 💜✨
