As a reminder, middle school cross country practice begins Tues., Aug 29th. Practice begins at 330 and ends at 430. Meet on the soccer field. Dont forget your water!

The new fitness class schedules are up on the school website. We are offering 3 different sessions for cycle and 2 sessions for boot camp. As a reminder we need at least 6 to register to hold the class. Registrations can be found on the school website under the fitness center tab.
