Thump-n-Dump Personal Protection offers personal protection/self defense training that is based upon research, not fear. Self defense training courses rely on personal weapons (hands, feet, and improvised weapons) to defend yourself when you have ABSOLUTELY no other option. Training courses are based on over 30 years of research and personal experience.

In my opinion, self defense is just that, self defense. Male or female the techniques are the same because the human body, and how it reacts is basically the same. The main difference is the intent of the potential assailant; r**e, robbery, murder, etc.

Having said that, the ONLY reason to use any type of physical force against another human being, ranging from hands/feet to a gun/knife, is to stop the other person from physically harming you or someone else and you had NO OTHER OPTIONS…PERIOD!

If you are forced to physically defend yourself then do you worst and end it quickly.

Thump-n-Dump Personal Protection Training is offering a 4 hour self-defense training course at the Center of the Grove, 6890 Highway 70, Cedar Grove, TN 38321 Saturday, May 7, 2022, 8am - 12 noon.

We don’t deal with techniques (r**e technique, gun technique, etc) we deal with a concept and that concept is violence.

Cost: $30 per participant
Dress: Street (normal) clothes plus tennis shoes
Note: Class size is limited to 6 participants per class.
