What an incredible weekend with our “Past, Present and Future” Percussion Ensemble event. We were joined by alumni ranging to the late 60’s and 70s as well as a few wonderful high school students for a day of celebrating our community and playing together. Highlights include Randy Hogancamp leading 3 of his marimba ensemble arrangements, a concert from UNI Percussion, Samba drumming with Prof Toma, a Rudimental snare workshop from Ed Flack, and we closed the day mass ensemble of March from Amid the Noise (one of our favorites!) and a special arrangement of 1812 which Prof A arranged special for this day!
