I had a discussion about this subject this morning. We have many friends that are involved with travel teams and clubs, and their reasons vary for why they invest time and resources for it. I want all parents to read this and think about what the activity you are providing for your child is doing to benefit them long term as a self sustaining adult. If you feel it is positive awesome. If not. It’s time to rethink the decision.

Question- Do you ever have those sudden lightbulb moments? Recently I did:)

I was sitting at my desk, thinking about how to best help those of you out there find motivation in your job and career and had this idea.

Why not take a small group of people through a 4-6 week experience to help them identify how to be more engaged in their work, or find a career path that purposefully fits them better?

So, I’m thinking about doing it. What do you think?

The way I see it, they would learn:
- MORE ABOUT WHAT WHO THEY ARE
- WHAT THAT MEANS FOR THE CAREER THEY ARE IN
- WHAT MOTIVATES THEM TO BE ENGAGED IN THEIR WORK
-HOW TO DESIGN THE NEXT STEPS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE
