Mrs. Hassman’s kiddos finished their bluebird birdhouses today. These groups stuck with this project, and brought their visions to life. I’m so proud of them. Look for our birdhouses soon around Cedar Falls!

Summer art camp sign ups!!

SUMMER CAMP registration at the Hearst for ages 5-12 is open online via https://bit.ly/HearstRegister! This year's theme—The Art of Storytelling! WE CAN'T WAIT🙌🔥

Join us for a week-long camp of storytelling through the arts. We will explore different illustrational approaches as we imagine our own fantasy worlds, creatures, and heroes. Participants will make their vision come to life across a wide array of mediums while learning about all the ways that art can be used to tell a story. *Families register for only one of the six sessions offered.

Session 1: June 8-12
Session 2: June 22-26
Session 3: July 6-10
Session 4: July 13-17
Session 5: July 27-31
Session 6: August 3-7

Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Fee: $190/week per person (Friends Member $170)
Before & After Care: 8:00 a.m. and/or 5:00 p.m. for an additional $10/day
