Thanks to the support and help of our collaborative partners, we were able to spread the love to many of the new international students!

On Monday, we blessed these students with various free housewares to furnish their residences during their time at UNI. Not only did most of the donated items come from our church partners, but we had plenty of helping hands day-of to volunteer with the lifting and transporting of more than 50 mattresses, dressers, couches, and other large furniture items (and that number doesn't even include the miscellaneous smaller items and kitchenwares!)

We are so thankful that we can partner with the UNI Office of International Engagement in this way to support students, and are grateful for our church partners and individual volunteers for their donations, organizing skills, muscles, and use of trucks and trailers to haul these items 💪🛋

There was a near-instant standing ovation for Pastor Dave as he was presented by the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry the Francis Asbury Award for fostering United Methodist ministries in higher education! Congrats Dave 🎉

Community Crosswording continues! Join us on Sunday, June 7th (National VCR Day) at 7pm for word puzzles galore.

What should you expect? We display the crossword on the TV screen that we gather around, and we brainstorm together what words the clues may be hinting at. Multiple heads are better than one!

Jacob was a part of ThreeHouse around 10 years ago and we’re incredibly sad to learn of his passing. Jacob, you are a beloved child of God!

Mark your calendars for our next community Safe Zone Training (SZT) opportunity in June! There will be two training sessions hosted a week apart with the presentations taking place in the Fellowship Hall at St. Timothys United Methodist Church in Cedar Falls.

--SZT Part 1: June 21st, 3:30-5:00pm, 3220 Terrace Dr.

These Safe Zone Trainings are open to anyone, regardless of your knowledge level related to LGBTQ+ topics! Community trainings are provided free of charge to the public, but donations are encouraged for those that feel called to contribute monetarily as well.
