We had a great first day of school, and concluded our time together with our first Chapel service! Pastor Richter, our Chaplain this year, lead our service. He even showed us this lime tree with the pot cut away to remind us to make sure our roots go deep down into Christ!

What wonderful weather we had tonight for our Back 2 School Bash! It was amazing to have so many of our students and families with us. We can’t wait to start the school year on Monday!

5:30 - 7:30 pm at school: Free food, bounce house, games, and more happening for all families K-12th in the yard around the school. We can't WAIT to see everyone!

What a wonderful blessing Saturday's turnout of parents, students, and staff was for our Back 2 School Work Bee along with the Can & Bottle Drive! Thank you all for being a part of cleaning up our school so it is ready for our first day on Monday, August 24th! We feel we had our biggest turnout yet, and we are so very thankful to each and every one of you! We can not do this without you!

Our Family Visit Day is just a few days away on Wednesday, August 19th! This special day is a wonderful opportunity to kick off the school year by building a strong partnership between you and your child's teacher. You can also use this time to drop off your child's school supplies ahead of schedule.

Saturday is a BIG day at Valley with three ways for you to support our school! ALL happening from 9:00 am to Noon:
🐝Our Back 2 School Work Bee: Come help us spruce up the school before our students return on the 23rd. Bring along any tools you think may be helpful, such as rakes, brooms, work gloves, window-cleaning cloths, etc. We have a huge list to accomplish!
🏗 Drop off any scrap metal you have for our drive. The collection container will be in the parking lot.
🥤Our athletic department will be here to collect any redeemable cans and bottles you have! Help us make our goal of 75 bags to take to the redemption center!

Any time families and students spend with us Saturday morning counts toward service hours!
