Hello Friends: It has been a long while since we posted. I am trying to dispose of some old equipment, used for microwave and T1 training; please see the photos! The MDR8000 radio pair (matched pair in 4-foot racks and work), was built from parts, and cannot be licensed. They will make a great test rack for a school or nonprofit. If you are or know of an education or training organization, they are free - just find a way to get them (presently in Phoenix, AZ). I will send a separate post on Channel Banks. For non-education, they can be purchased for little money. There is an assortment of spare cards also available. Hi . . . It has been a while since we have posted new material.
We are excited to once again be part of the Electronic Technician Association, Education Forum as part of IWCE 2019, in Las Vegas. I will be teaching Microwave with new material geared towards Backhaul, millimeter wave frequency use and how MIMO antennas are working in the future of high-speed data. Jay Thompson will conduct the LAS (Antenna sweep) class, and on Thursday, March 7th; I will conduct a Passive Intermodulation (PIM), class.
