North elementary had the amazing opportunity of having the CHS boys varsity basketball team come and do some drills and games with them. each youth who was there today got a signed photo of the team and their own basketball.

The youth at North Elementary 4-H had some fun today painting shirts that remind them of their year in 4-H. The paint they used changed color in the Sun!

4-Hers!!! Here are the awesome summer camps that will be taking place this summer!

The 4-H after school program at North has been up to a good amount of things lately! We’ve learned how to do quilling, carved soap, have had most of our youth teach lessons like painting and slime. Have made homemade lava lamps, popsicle catapults, played with Makey makey kits and have gotten to know each other better and had some great mentors!

Happy snow day! Today at Cedar Middle we made blanket forts and learned about the the signs, symptoms, and treatments of frostbite and hypothermia! This month we are learning about emergency preparedness in diverse situations. Here are our month’s lessons in emojis: 🧛🏻‍♂️❄️🌪🦈 🌋 🦠 ☄️🧟‍♂️

Today we had the SUU Animal Ambassadors come teach us about animals like corn snakes, tarantulas, tortoises, and more!
