We offer Summer Housing Tours at 1:30pm ONLY M-F through Aug 6, 2026.
Please note that due to camps and conferences we may not be able to show all rooms in person on the tour. We will offer Virtual tours and answer questions.

Don't Lose Your Room!

First Round Offers were emailed out March 26, 2026 for Fall 2026/Spring 2027.

The $300 Advance Rent Payment needs to be paid to hold your room within 30-days of that offer email. We will begin cancelling rooms next week (5/4/26) for those who have not responded to our outreach efforts and have not made that payment.

Thank you for a great year! Finals week is this upcoming week and to ensure everyone has an environment that is conducive of their academic success, 24 hour Quiet Hours are enforced strictly. Please be mindful that others are studying and have exams (even after yours have concluded).

Keep this in mind when around the outside of the buildings, within the halls and inside your suite. Try to be mindful and do everything you can to keep noise to a very minimum!

Spring 2026 Residents!
All residents need to submit their Checkout Appointment Form to get their checkout scheduled. The from needs to be submitted by 9am April 10, 2026.
Residents need to schedule their appointment for a time within 24/hours of their last posted final according to the finals schedule. i.e. if your last final is Wed 3pm April 22 you will need to request an appointment for a time within the 24/hours after your final: 3pm 4/22-3pm 4/23.

We've been Really BUSY in University Housing this year... providing activities and events for our residents to get connected and to have fun! We've had Housing Wide Activities (HWAs) and Interest Groups and LLCs ... we've had fun along the way and hope you enjoyed them too... but we're not quite done yet... a couple last events to go that you won't want to miss!
