PTA Board Positions Open for the 2026–2027 School Year

East Elementary PTA is looking for dedicated volunteers to help fill two important board positions for the upcoming school year:
President Elect
Vice President

Our PTA helps make so many East traditions, events, and memories possible — and we would love to have you help carry that work into the 2026–2027 school year.

We have our Reading Awards Party on Thursday for all our amazing students! We strongly advise that your children DO NOT wear their best clothes, but rather something you don't mind getting a little dirty, as there will be chalk powder involved! We also need some parent volunteers to help with the fun, so if you have done your background check and the training please consider helping out! It will be a blast!

One of East Elementary’s newer traditions has quickly become one of the sweetest.

Each spring, graduating seniors who once walked these halls return in their caps and gowns for a final walk through East. Our current students line the halls to cheer, clap, and hand out high fives as we celebrate how far these former East Eagles have come.

It is a full-circle moment: little hands reaching up to honor big dreams, and graduates remembering where part of their story began.

We love celebrating this milestone with our East family. 💙🎓
