One Planet Youth Fair IN THE CLOUD
Saturday, April 18, 2020 - 10:30am to 2:00pm
Location: Online
Due to COVID-19, participants will be recording a narration-type video of them explaining their project and answering rubric questions. A video URL is required as part of the registration process.
The One Planet Youth Fair will be held online “in the cloud.” This youth project fair is part of the annual Seize the Power: Renewable Energy Fair*. Students from pre-K through 12th-grade are invited to submit a link to a video of them presenting a scientific investigation, demonstration, or speech related to climate change, environmental issues or renewable energy. Each category will have 1st and 2nd place prizes ($25 and $10). All participants will receive ribbons and certificates of participation. Judging will be done remotely in the days following the fair. Winners will be announced on April 24, 2020.
