At Bold Beginnings Coaching my work is focussed on kids and families. I work with clients individually and in groups. I lead her clients to design their lives in a way that brings powerful growth and confidence. For the first 25 years of my career I was an educator working with preschool and school-aged children. I have been running my coaching practice for the past 7 years coaching many individua
ls and groups to redesign their lives and live into their true potential. I combine my gifts of practical thinking, strong intuition and deep caring for children and their families to design my programs for kids and families in groups and individually. I gives them tools, encouragement and hold them accountable as they build confidence and see themselves as powerful and capable. I have two children and have spent a lifetime raising them and studying human development and behavior through my teaching and coaching careers. For the past 8 years I have also been a single mother so I understand fully the demands of parenting in all situations and now am experiencing empty nest life! I am fascinated by brain science and longevity, and am always learning and striving to understand our minds and bodies.
