📣❤️ It’s a BUSY week at Cayce Elementary! 🐾

We have several exciting events happening this week, and we would love for our Griffin families to get involved! Check out what’s coming up! ⬇️

☕🚔 5th Grade Service Learning Project – Donations Due Friday, October 16!

This is the FINAL week our 5th graders will be collecting coffee and other donation items for the Cayce Police Department! Our students have been working hard to give back to those who serve our community. Donations can be dropped off with any 5th grade teacher by Friday, October 16. Thank you for helping our students make a difference! ❤️

🐔❤️ Thursday, October 15 – PTO Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A!

Take a night off from cooking and support Cayce Elementary! Join us at Chick-fil-A on Augusta Road in West Columbia from 4:00–9:00 PM! Be sure to mention Cayce Elementary when ordering, and a portion of the proceeds will go right back to our school!

👟🪩 Friday, October 16 – Sneaker Ball!

Get ready to lace up your favorite sneakers and dance the night away! 🎶✨

🕔 Time: 5:00–7:00 PM
🎟️ Admission: $3

We can’t wait to see our Griffins showing off their favorite sneakers and having a great time!

❤️ Thank you, Griffin families, for your continued support! Whether you’re donating to our service project, grabbing dinner at Chick-fil-A, or joining us for the Sneaker Ball, your involvement helps make Cayce Elementary such a special place!

❤️🩶 Our Griffins are on the RISE! 🩶❤️

We have some exciting news to celebrate at Cayce Elementary! 🎉
Cayce continues to maintain an AVERAGE overall rating on the SC School Report Card! Even more exciting, we have earned an AVERAGE rating in Academic Achievement for the FIRST TIME! 📚🌟

These accomplishments reflect the hard work, dedication, and growth of our students, teachers, and staff, along with the continued support of our families and community!
We are proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited about where we’re headed!

Every Griffin. Every Gain. Together. ❤️🩶

🎃 No tricks here… just asked our Cayce staff to keep one foot on the floor at all times.

Apparently, that was all it took for everyone to forget how to walk. 👻

Just a little glimpse of what teachers do on inservice days between parent conferences! 📝

🦁🐒🐘 It was a WILD day for our 3rd grade Griffins! 🦒🌿

Our 3rd graders took learning outside the classroom today with a field study to Riverbanks Zoo!

From exploring animal habitats to seeing some amazing wildlife up close, our Griffins had a day full of adventure, discovery, and lots of fun! 🐨🐷🐄

Happy National Coaches Day!

Today we’re giving a big Cayce shoutout to the coaches who keep us moving AND growing! 🌱

From our PE coaches who encourage our Griffins to stay active, work as a team, and give their best, to our instructional coaches who support, encourage, and help our teachers grow—we’re lucky to have an incredible coaching crew at Cayce!

Thank you for always being in our corner and helping make Cayce stronger every day! ❤️🩶

🍎📚 Happy World Teachers’ Day! 📚🍎

We celebrated our amazing Cayce teachers today with a little extra fuel! ❤️ Our staff was treated to Bojangles biscuits AND coffee from Another Broken Egg Cafe—because teachers definitely run on caffeine and breakfast! ☕️😂

We’re so thankful for the teachers who pour so much into our Griffins each and every day.

Happy World Teachers’ Day to the best around! ❤️🌱

✂️🎨 Club Spotlight: Craft Club!

Creativity was in full swing during Craft Club! Our Griffins spent their time cutting, gluing, creating, and turning their ideas into something all their own. ✨🖍️

A little mess + a lot of imagination = a pretty great Impact Day!

Stay tuned—we still have more clubs to share! 👀
