My morning began with a walk on the labyrinth. One of the things I enjoy about this walk is the company I have. Men committed to their personal and spiritual growth on their journey into sobriety. It is inspiring to share our stories and experiences, insights and ah-ha's, experienced on the labyrinth as we sit in the center in the shadow of the Guardian saguaro.

I always exit the labyrinth with new perspectives, wisdom and gratitude. ❤️🙏❤️

If someone would have told me years ago when I was sitting in a cubicle that this would be my job one day, I wouldn't have believed it. Grateful for where life's journey has taken me and look forward to the journey that lays ahead.
