We are building the right room.

A room where students are expected to learn technique — absolutely — but also how to show up, take correction, work through frustration, encourage the person beside them and become someone others can depend on.

Dance and voice can teach so much more than choreography and music.

Discipline.
Confidence.
Resilience.

Ladies…this is your sign to stop saying, “I really should get back to dancing.” 😉

Come dance TONIGHT.

Adult classes at Empowered Body are for women who miss moving, miss music, miss laughing with other women…and maybe miss a little piece of themselves too.

You do NOT have to be 20.
You do NOT have to be in perfect shape.
And you absolutely do not have to have it all together before you walk through the door.

You just have to come.

✨ Adult Jazz — 4:30 PM
✨ Adult Tap — 5:30 PM

Technique? Absolutely.

But this is also about movement, confidence, connection, community and having something in your week that is simply for YOU.

And ladies, this one is being created for us.
Movement. Music. Laughter. Community.
A place to get out of your head, back into your body, and spend an evening with women who simply want to move, connect and feel GOOD.
No pressure to perform.
No need to already be “in shape.”
No comparison.
Just women, movement, friendship and a little something I’ve been dreaming up for Thursday evenings. 😉

WE ARE BUILDING MORE THAN A DANCE PROGRAM.

Empowered Body Performing Arts is for students who want to grow.

Not just in technique.
Not just in performance.

But in confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, leadership, kindness, accountability and courage.

We are intentionally building a community where students are known, supported, challenged and encouraged to become more of who they are.

That means we are looking for the RIGHT students and families.

Those who value consistency.
Those who understand that growth takes commitment.
Those who want a space that feels welcoming, encouraging and personal.
Those who want their child to be part of something meaningful—not simply dropped into another activity.

We teach dance.
We teach voice.
But we are also helping shape people.

I’m not interested in creating dancers who can simply memorize choreography.

I want to help build young people who know how to walk into a room with confidence.

Who can take correction without falling apart.

Who understand that being talented does not excuse being unkind.

Who learn how to work beside someone different from themselves.

Who discover that discipline is actually one of the greatest forms of self-respect.

Yes, we teach dance.
Yes, we teach voice.

But the lessons happening inside those studio walls reach far beyond the stage.

There is still room to join us. ✨

SMALL CAN BE POWERFUL

A smaller performing arts program is not a lesser opportunity.

It can mean your child is known.

It can mean corrections are personal, progress is noticed and confidence has room to grow.

It can mean students are not hidden in the back row waiting years to be seen.

At Empowered Body, we are building dancers and vocalists with technique—but also discipline, courage, accountability, kindness and leadership.

We are looking for families who value consistency and students who are ready to participate, learn and grow.

Dance begins at age 4. Voice begins at age 6. Adult students are welcome too.

We are not trying to build the biggest program.

We are building the right one.

A place for students who want to learn, grow, be challenged, and become part of something meaningful.

At Empowered Body, voice and dance training go far beyond choreography and songs. Students learn confidence, discipline, accountability, teamwork, resilience, and how to take up space without diminishing anyone else.

We welcome beginners.
We nurture potential.
We also expect commitment.

Registration is open for voice and dance, ages 4 through adult.

Come train where you will be seen, supported, and encouraged to become more than you thought you thought you could be.
