Muay Thai & MMA Instructor Wanted — Baltimore Martial Arts Academy (Catonsville, MD)

Baltimore Martial Arts Academy is seeking a skilled, dependable, and passionate Muay Thai instructor to join our professional coaching team. This position is ideal for an experienced coach who loves developing students, building community, and contributing to a high-quality training environment.

Position Details
Role: Head Muay Thai Coach

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays — 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Compensation: $30–$40 per class (based on experience, credentials, and teaching ability)

Bonus Opportunity
Additional class available:
MMA Class — Tuesdays, 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Candidates with MMA coaching experience receive priority consideration.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in Muay Thai (competitive or coaching experience preferred)
Ability to teach structured, engaging, and safe classes
Professional attitude and reliability
Must have reliable transportation
Must be comfortable working with a mix of hobbyists, athletes, and motivated beginners
