Today our 4th graders at Hillcrest Elementary participated in a Weather Champions program led by WBAL meteorologist Tom Tasselmyer. There will be a segment today on the WBAL news at 4,5,and 6 o’clock and may also on Monday.

Our 5th graders and Kindergarteners at Hillcrest Elementary have been learning about how animals and plants can change a habitat. Today, PTA parent John Roche came to talk with them about his job working with dams and dam safety. Next week these students will be building their own beaver dam models.

We are very lucky to have Hillcrest families willing to come help and share their expertise with us!
