Happy Holidays!!
It was a wonderful night at The River in Rancho Mirage at the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. We had an ornament painting booth sponsored by The River and children painted over 100 ornaments for their trees! Thank you to The River for sponsoring this free event for the children!💕🎄

The Enamel Guild North East invites all enamelists:
CALL FOR ENTRIES: UNDER FIRE 4, an International Juried Exhibition
Entry Deadline: September 21, 2022

October 23, 7 PM (EST): A virtual Opening Reception and panel discussion with the 3 Jurors: acclaimed enamelists Harlan Butt, Jessica Calderwood, and Patti Bleicher/Gallery Loupe.
The Jurors’ Choice Awards offered: $300, $200, $100

EGNE seeks works in a broad range of styles to highlight the various approaches to this demanding, ancient medium. Submissions may be in any category: jewelry, wall pieces, 3-dimensional pieces, decorative, or utilitarian, with vitreous enamel as a major component of the piece and it was completed within the past 3 years. It is open to EGNE members and non-members.

This will be a virtual exhibition available for viewing October 22, 2022, at enamelguildnortheast.org/.

Please save the date for a virtual conference (via Zoom) on May 14, 2022. We had hoped for an in-person conference this year but our venue workshop space only returned to full capacity this week which did not leave us enough time to make arrangements.

NEW SUMMER CLASS ADDED!
As promised I am adding a summer kinder class for children ages 5 and 6.

This class will encompass drawing and painting, clay, basic art and craft creating and using art materials. This is a great basic skill building and dexterity class to prepare your child for art in the upcoming school years.
