Jack Garrigan attended the SAVE Summer Academy in Portland Oregon this week with 8 other youth from across the US. He completed trainings on leadership, No one eats alone, and other Sandy Hook programs. New activities and events are on their way back to Southern. Thank you, Jack!

October is Bullying Prevention month. High school SAVE decided to switch up our usual activity with middle school for a new one this year. Today the HS SAVE officers collaborated with some students aspiring to pursue mental health occupations to do a circle-up activity with the 5th and 6th graders. It was a great experience for all and may become a monthly event.
