The Bandys FFA Chapter is incredibly proud of our members for representing our school, community, and chapter with excellence this week. Their countless hours of studying, practicing, and hard work paid off with outstanding accomplishments across the state!
π Agricultural Tool Identification β 6th in the State!
Students identify and demonstrate knowledge of agricultural tools, equipment, and their proper uses.

π FFA Creed Speaking β Top 30 in the State
Members memorize and present the FFA Creed while demonstrating public speaking and interview skills.

Students apply principles of food safety, quality assurance, product development, and sensory evaluation while solving real-world food industry challenges.

π― Hunter Safety β 3rd in the State
The Bandys FFA Gold Team was also recognized during the State FFA Convention for earning 3rd Place in the North Carolina Hunter Safety Competition held earlier this year. This competition tests students' knowledge of firearm safety, wildlife conservation, outdoor skills, and responsible hunting practices. Congratulations on an outstanding accomplishment!
π Beef Production Placement Proficiency Award β 2nd in the State
Proficiency Awards recognize students with outstanding Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs that prepare them for careers in agriculture.
