Mark your calendars! 📅 Costume Huddle Week is September 8–14!

Parents, please plan to attend the Costume Huddle portion of your dancer’s regularly scheduled class. We’ll review recital costumes and go over important information as we get ready for our 2026 Recital- Celebrate You!

👗 Dancers should bring their FULL recital costume, including all required tights/socks, shoes, earrings, and accessories, so teachers can review the complete look. (If you aren’t sure what your costume requirements are, check your emails or visit the CVPA Parent Portal.)

👨‍👩‍👧 A parent or guardian must be present for the Costume Huddle portion of class.

✨ Please note: Classes that have already performed in their recital costume this year will not have a Costume Huddle.

We can’t wait to see everyone next week and get recital ready!

🔥 HIP-HOP MASTER CLASS WITH MATT SMITH! 🔥

We are SO excited to welcome Matt Smith to CVPA for a special Hip-Hop Master Class! This class is intended for advanced dancers ages 12 and up.

Matt’s impressive credits include working with Beyoncé, Sia, Macklemore, Mia Michaels, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, Mandy Moore, Mel Charlot and more! He is currently on faculty with Artists Simply Human and has taught at Debbie Allen Dance Academy, TMILLY TV, and Broadway Dance Center NYC.

Throughout the year, Cailey traveled, trained, assisted, and learned alongside the incredible ASH faculty—and we are so proud of the dedication, professionalism, and passion she brought to every city along the way.

Join CVPA tumbling teachers Keira, Jenelle, and Karisa this summer for Tumbling Camp! This camp is designed for beginner and intermediate tumblers ages 4 and up.

Whether your child is brand new to tumbling or ready to build confidence with new skills and more advanced tricks, this camp is a fun and supportive place to learn, grow, and shine!

Campers will work on flexibility, conditioning, beginning and intermediate tumbling skills, and partner tricks — plus enjoy games, crafts, snacks, and plenty of summer fun!
