What an achievement for at the USA Wrestling Women’s National Championships in Spokane, WA! She took on the U20 55 kg division, facing off against a challenging bracket of 64 women from across the country. put on an impressive show over two days, finishing 5th in the nation with a 4-2 record. By beating some of the best, she’s proven herself as an All-American and has a bright future ahead, aiming for the top spot soon! Let’s go SJ! What a historic moment for our program!

This season, our very own Coach led his team to a stunning NCS Championship title, showcasing exceptional leadership, dedication, and a relentless commitment to excellence. His vision, preparation, and trust in his athletes were evident throughout the season — and it paid off in the most spectacular way. Championships aren’t won overnight; they’re built through hard work, discipline, and heart. Coach Stevie embodies all of these qualities and more.

And to top it off — has claimed the NCS Championship title for the third consecutive year! Three straight championships is an extraordinary achievement. It’s a testament to consistency, resilience, and a championship mindset that refuses to settle for anything less than greatness. Back-to-back-to-back titles place Stevie-Joyce in a league of her own and cemented her legacy.

We are beyond proud and deeply inspired to witness this level of excellence within our own community. Coach Stevie and Stevie-Joyce continue to raise the bar and inspire everyone around them.

IT’S TIME!

Coming this March, All American Ajayzee Zaballos, current women’s wrestling assistant coach at Menlo College and former Team Captain of the National Championship Wrestling Team, is launching an All-Women’s Wrestling Program at ZMATA!

Training will be held Tuesday and Thursday nights, creating a focused, empowering environment designed specifically to help female athletes sharpen their skills, build confidence, and compete at the next level.

This program provides high-level coaching, championship experience, and a supportive team culture dedicated to growth and success.
