Fall fun!
โจ๐โจ
This past week Teacher Lisa taught us all about Fall and we were able to explore the different animals that live in trees and learn about how they store food for the winter. We had our very own โfall treeโ in our classroom with many animal puppets to play with.
โจ๐โจ
We have turned our playground into a pumpkin patch where we can pick pumpkins, rake the leaves and decorate our houses with the beautiful changing leaves and flowers.
โจ๐โจ
Some things we learned are:
leaves change from green to yellow, orange, pink, red, purple or brown
leaves fall to the ground, and the tree will grow new leaves in the spring
squirrels are busy finding nuts, seeds, and berries right now to keep for the winter. They bring them to their nests by stuffing them in their cheeks that have big pouches
God gave squirrels bushy tails to act like a blanket, keeping them warm in the winter
